Membership of Whitton Photographic Club is open to anyone who has a keen interest in taking or looking at photographs. It allows photographers to participate in all club activities including Club and Inter-Club Competitions.

Whitton Photographic Club is a self financing organization, and needs to charge subscriptions to members. At present the club charges a weekly subscription of £2.50 (only payable for meetings which are attended or if photos are entered in a competition when the member does not attend). Subscription income is used to meet the following expenses:

WCA Levy
VAT charges on income
Subscriptions to Photographic Federations
Lecturers' and Judges' Fees
Administrative Expenses
Equipment replacement

Whitton Photographic Club is a Section of the Whitton Community Association, therefore, membership of the latter is a requirement. An annual membership fee is charged. Additionally, members can also belong to Whitton Community Social Club Ltd, which for a very small initial share fee entitles one to use the Club Bar.

WCA Annual Membership - £12.00.
Concession rate of £9.00 for Juniors and Senior Citizens over 63.
Social Club Share - £1.00. (Paid only once on joining WCA)
Social Club Annual Subscription - £0.01. (paid by WCA)
All of the above are from February 2002 and are reviewed annually but are unchanged in 2009.
